WEALTH PLAN

The Wealth Plan is right if you:

Own a house or any real property.

Have assets of more than $150,000.00.

Do not want your assets to become public information through the Probate Process.

Want to choose who takes care of your money if you are unable to.

Want to choose who makes decisions about your healthcare when you can't.

Want to choose who raises your minor children.

Everything in the Family Plan plus,

Revocable Trust
-
General Assignment to Trust

Certification of Trust
Does Not Include:

Asset transfers, such as trust transfer deeds, IRAs, life insurance policies, etc.

INDIVIDUAL: $2,000.00*
MARRIED COUPLE: $3,000.00*
*Prices only valid for non-taxable estates (less than $11.4 million per individual and $22.8 million per couple) in 2019.

PROSPERITY PLAN

Want to ensure your Trust is funded properly to avoid probate

Your Prosperity Plan includes:

Everything in the Wealth Plan plus,

All asset transfers, such as trust transfer deeds, IRAs, life insurance policies, etc.

Wealth Plan Cost:
INDIVIDUAL: $3,000.00*
MARRIED COUPLE: $4,500.00*
*Prices only valid for non-taxable estates (less than $11.4 million per individual and $22.8 million per couple) in 2019. Price includes transfers of up to three properties - additional properties billed at $500.00 per property.
